International Duties & Taxes
Products shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. Please note that these charges are the buyer's responsibility as Africa Goodnest will only charge the transportation fee for your order. Africa Goodnest does not bear the responsibility of these or any additional charges that may apply.
Compliance with Laws
Africa Goodnest shall take reasonable steps to ensure the Products are in conformity with applicable laws and regulations of its country; however, the buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing products from Africa Goodnest’s site. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for following their country's laws, regulations and restrictions.
If a product is seized or destroyed by customs or returned to the country of origin due to country regulations or restrictions, neither Africa Goodnest, nor the vendor or brand, will be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the Buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to its country of origin.
Shipping Terms
All wholesale orders are required to purchase shipping insurance, provided by the shipping company.
Africa Goodnest is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. Africa Goodnest cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The Buyer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Africa Goodnest is equally not held responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Risk and title to goods or products shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to the shipper for Buyer.
Limitation of Liability
Buyer shall hold Africa Goodnest harmless and indemnify and defend Africa Goodnest from and against any liability resulting therefrom. In no event shall either Party be liable to the other for any special, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of this agreement or purchase or use of the products. Buyer shall fully indemnify Africa Goodnest against any and all claims howsoever arising, touching, or concerning the products as they relate to or affect direct clients, third-party clients, purchasers or regulatory and Statutory bodies as Africa Goodnest only serves as a marketplace.
