Vendor Pricing

Vendors are responsible for a monthly Service Fee of $19 USD, covering storage, handling, shipping, marketing, fulfillment, and other services provided by Africa Goodnest. This fee, and any other fees under this Agreement, may be changed by Africa Goodnest at its sole discretion, upon written notice, with the revised fee taking effect on the date specified in that notice. Africa Goodnest will invoice Vendor for the Service Fee every thirty (30) days, or on another period mutually agreed upon.

Africa Goodnest pays Vendors within 45 days of a product sale, contingent on Africa Goodnest having received payment from the Retail or Wholesale End-User for that sale.

Where Africa Goodnest handles shipment of Vendor's products, Vendor is responsible for all shipping fees, calculated by shipment weight and charged per Africa Goodnest's then-current shipping rate schedule. Rates are provided to Vendor annually and may be updated from time to time with notice. Shipping Fees are invoiced and must be paid in advance of shipment to the United States.

Invoices and payments may be made in a foreign currency, but all amounts are based on their U.S. Dollar value. Vendor bears the risk of exchange rate fluctuations and any related conversion or banking fees.

If this Agreement is terminated and Vendor's products remain in Africa Goodnest's facilities, Vendor will incur a storage fee of $4.75 USD per week until all products are removed, returned, sold, donated, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of. This fee is also subject to change upon written notice.
