Hendy Farms transforms tree-ripened mango fruits and hibiscus flowers into creative jams, honey and marinades made with other local Ghanaian ingredients. Since 1997, this sustainable, family-owned farm has proudly produced fresh, natural products to develop the indigenous Ghanaian mango industry and as a way to reduce post-harvest loss.
